Durable
The fabric is very durable. Haven't slept on it yet, but it is comfortable on the futon as a sofa. The ties are not attractive, but is better than having buttons on it.

Underwhelming.
Broke down/compressed very quickly. Noticeable within a few days, significantly less comfortable within a couple of weeks. Very much not intended for daily use. Unfortunately, I don't have much to compare it to, so maybe a couple of days quality use is good for futons.
Good, sturdy mattress
This is a good and sturdy mattress. It's full/double size, which fits most standard futons. It does have a few loose threads hanging off it, which isn't a problem if you're planning to use a slipcover.
