Nice people to work with and good quality products
We ordered this back in April, and when the delivery date came about and it still hadn't shipped, I contacted the seller. They were so helpful and apologetic. There had been an error in the order, but they shipped the futon that day, and it arrived 3 days later. The futon itself is exactly as described, and is very comfortable. The first day I left the sheets off and let it air out because it did smell a bit like damp wool or some kind of new futon smell. However, that night when I put the sheets on and slept in it, the smell was no longer detectible. One of the reasons we went with the wool was for the natural temperature regulation. My husband is hot, and I'm cold, and this, coupled with the J-Life Kakefuton silk-filled cover, we are both sleeping happily and comfortably!
